About the role

Working within Netwealth’s IT department, as part of the Platform tribe, you will provide DevOps services to software development teams in support of the continued development of Netwealth’s platform.

You will deploy and configure DevOps tools, infrastructure as code, and other shared resources related to the building, testing, release, and deployment of Netwealth platform features.  You will also guide developers, and collaborate with the Infrastructure, Security, and Risk teams to ensure that quality DevOps practices are delivered throughout the business.  

NOTE: we are recruiting for two positions.  One mid-level, one senior. 

About you

You bring to this role your expertise in all things DevOps.  Which should include;

  • building and running CI/CD Pipelines
  • implementing DevOps process
  • implementing best practice for DevOps automation
  • configuring and continually improving tooling related to DevOps
  • improving tooling and processes to enable intra-day CI/CD

Ideally, you've come from an environment where you've been part of scale, growth, and stability, coordinating and enabling across many people and teams.  You'll be comfortable with ambiguity, and a self-starter with initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
