The Opportunity:

This position is initially responsible for servicing existing and pipeline clients training and development needs on a day to day basis and being a support function to the practice at all levels of the business. The primary relationship rests with the Senior Distribution Manager (SDM) and with the Training and Relationship Manager (TRM) supporting Principal, Administrators and Advisers.

The secondary responsibility of the position is to support advisers within dealerships who have approved Netwealth as a platform provider in order to secure their business and assist with all their training needs. A critical role for Netwealth is to provide support to these advisers in understanding and using the Netwealth products and thereby growing their use of our products.

This role will include interstate travel.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the training and development of Netwealth clients;
  • Market the Netwealth products to existing advisory groups to assist in rapidly growing the Netwealth business and its distribution network;
  • Be linked to regional budget and working with SDM to grow new sales and strengthen pipeline;
  • Administer SDM pipeline;
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships;
  • Maintain regular contact with established adviser base as allocated;
  • Build our training commitment to advisers who work with Netwealth;
  • Mentor other team members in both business development and marketing ideas and strategies;
  • Play a key role in the accuracy and planning of key clients in the in-house CRM, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Contribute to Netwealth business development strategies and events.

  • A deep understanding of platform functionality and the financial services industry;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Self-motivating with excellent time management & organisational skills;
  • The ability to work autonomously;
  • High level of technology competency;
  • A team player with an agile and collaborative mindset.
