The opportunity

As a Product Manager at Netwealth, you will work closely with the Head of Software Products as a key player in creating exceptional experiences on the Netwealth Platform, identifying new product opportunities and optimising existing to ensure business, quality and functional goals are met.  You will collaborate with design, data and engineering peers to create impactful solutions and drive innovation in FinTech.

You will mentor and coach Product Owners and Business Analysts, guiding them to improve their craft. You will set clear quarterly goals for your squad, supported by research and quantitative data ensuring user needs are represented and balanced with engineering and business perspectives to make informed decisions on priorities and design.

About you

As an experienced Product Manager, you have worked in a true product operating model, delivering user-centric product features and outcomes that drive engagement and growth.  You have a deep understanding of your craft that is informed by user insights, experimentation and competitor analysis that guides decision making.  You have high empathy and user advocacy.
