The opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business operations. You will leverage your expertise in Appian to deliver high-quality solutions, becoming a trusted partner to business operations, advising on case management and workflow possibilities. Your insights and contributions will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery.

Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will gather business and technical requirements and assist in managing these requirements. You will also enhance business processes, aid product development, and foster innovation by analysing, reviewing, and documenting both functional and non-functional specifications.  You will collaborate with the Product Manager as a delegate Product Owner, guiding the scrum team to focus on the right tasks and aiding developers with your expertise in case management and workflow optimisation.

About you

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Appian platform solutions, or other workflow management tools 
• Strong knowledge of business process management and workflow optimisation
• Understanding of software development, architecture practices, and code development
• Superannuation Master Trust and Fund Administration experience will be beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive business transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in automating business processes is a plus
• Sound problem solving and analysis skills
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
